Jo Spa gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
Jo Spa gift card cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
If a purchase exceeds your Jo Spa gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method
Valid for a one-time purchase to the full value, and any remaining balance will be automatically discarded
