Log into your Noon account or create a new one

From My Account icon, choose Noon Credits, then choose Redeem Gift Card

Enter the voucher code and the 4-digit PIN You can find it in My Orders page in Daleel Store. Now tap on Redeem

You will receive a confirmation email about the redemption

Congrats! the amount will be automatically added to your account

If you want to use the balance you own. All you have to do is to shop for your favorites. At The checkout page, choose Use my credits for this order. Now tap on Place order


Note
Each Gift Card has a Reference Number. A Reference number is a unique 16 digit alphanumeric number, that you can find it in the email which is sent with every purchase. In case you have any complaints or questions regarding the Gift Card, Noon customer support team will ask for the reference number

Noon Gift Card works only in Saudi Arabia and is NOT accepted in other countries
Noon Gift Card is valid for one year 12 months from the date of creation/purchase
You can use Noon Gift Card to purchase any products across all categories on noon.com and including sale items
Noon Gift Card can be used at one whole transaction, or broken down to multiple transactions of any amount. In case your Gift Card balance is not sufficient to cover a purchase, you can pay the outstanding balance with your credit/debit card
If you made a transaction on Noon platform and needed to return the product, then the qualified refund will be credited to the applicable customer's Noon Pay cashback wallet.
We recommend you use the Gift Card before it expires. Noon and Daleel Store are NOT liable for any refunds or replacements if the Gift Card has not been redeemed before the expiry date
You can NOT use your Gift Card balance with Noon credit on the checkout page
You can use Noon VIP cashback balance, if your Gift Card balance is not sufficient to cover a purchase
If you are a Noon VIP member, you will not receive cashback on Noon Gift Card purchases
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. Noon and Daleel Store are NOT responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission.
