  1. Sign in to your account or create a new account.
  2. From the My Account page, select Noon Credit, then choose Activate Gift Card.
  3. Enter the 16-digit Gift Card Number, then enter the 4-digit PIN code. You can find the PIN code on your Orders page in DaleelStore.
  4. Click Use Now.
  5. You will receive an email to confirm the redemption of your gift card. Make sure to activate the gift card.
  6. 🎉 Congratulations! The balance has been successfully added to your account.
  7. If you would like to use your gift card balance, simply shop as usual and, at the payment confirmation stage, select Pay with Noon Credit, then complete the remaining steps displayed on your screen.



Each gift card has its own unique code. It is a 16-character alphanumeric code that can be found in the email sent with every purchase.In case of any complaints or inquiries regarding the gift card, the Noon support team will ask for the reference number.




Terms & Conditions:



  1. Noon Gift Cards are valid only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and cannot be used in other countries.
  2. Noon Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/creation.
  3. You can use a Noon Gift Card to purchase products across all categories on the official Noon website, including discounted products.
  4. You can use the gift card balance in a single purchase or across multiple purchases. If your gift card balance is insufficient to cover a purchase, you may pay the remaining amount using your credit/debit card.
  5. If you return a product purchased on Noon, the refunded amount will be added to the customer’s Noon Pay wallet as a cashback refund.
  6. We recommend using the gift card before its expiration date. Noon and DaleelStore are not responsible for any refunds or replacements if the gift card is not used before it expires.
  7. At the checkout page, you cannot combine your gift card balance with other Noon credits available in your account.
  8. If your gift card balance is insufficient to cover a purchase, you may pay the remaining amount using your available Noon VIP cashback balance.
  9. If you are a Noon VIP member, you will not earn cashback on purchases made using a gift card.
  10. You are solely responsible for protecting your gift card from unauthorized use. Noon and DaleelStore are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of a gift card. Noon and DaleelStore are also not liable for any unlawful or fraudulent activity by any third party related to a gift card.
