• Tell the cashier about your Gift card in order to redeem it.
• Show the code to the cashier.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only redeemable at any Mermaid SPA in KSA.
2. The card is valid until the date mentioned on it.
3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
4. If misplaced, Mermaid SPA and DaleelStore cannot block or cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on a lost or stolen card.
5. DaleelStore reserves the right to cancel the card if deemed necessary. If so, a replacement gift card of equivalent value may be issued unless fraud is suspected. The gift card remains the property of DaleelStore. If the brand or retailer mentioned on the card is no longer operating or not in partnership with DaleelStore or any affiliated company,  DaleelStore reserves the right to exchange the card for a DaleelStore gift card or any other gift
6. card of equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.
