Option 1: Adding the Voucher to the Account First:

The customer opens the “ Keemart app” and logs in to their account.

1. Goes to “Account”
2. Selects “Vouchers”
3. Clicks “Enter your code”
4. Enters the voucher code and confirms it.
5. The voucher is added to the customer's account and appears under the available vouchers.
6. The customer selects the desired items and adds them to the cart.
7. Proceeds to the “Order Review” page.
8. Selects “Voucher” and chooses the voucher that was previously added.
9. The voucher value is applied to the order.
10. The customer reviews the final amount and completes the payment for any remaining balance, if applicable.

Option 2: Adding the Voucher Directly During Checkout:

1. The customer selects the desired items and adds them to the “cart”
2. Proceeds to the cart and reviews the order details.
3. Before completing the payment, under the “Instant savings” section, the customer selects “Voucher”
4. Enters the “voucher code” and “apply” it to the order.
5. The “voucher value and applied discount” are displayed within the order total details.
6. The customer completes the payment for any remaining balance, if applicable.

Terms & Conditions:

• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
• Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher. Once a voucher has expired, it cannot be used, reactivated, replaced, or refunded.
• A minimum payment of SAR 0.01 is required for every order, even when the voucher value is sufficient to cover the full order amount.
• The voucher can be applied toward the total order amount, including delivery fees. However, the customer must pay at least SAR 0.01 to complete the order.
• If the total order amount exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the remaining balance using an accepted payment method.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
• Expired, lost, stolen, altered, counterfeit, or unauthorized vouchers are void and will not be replaced or refunded.
• Keemart reserves the right to cancel any voucher suspected of fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• By redeeming a voucher, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
• Only one voucher may be redeemed per order. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined or applied to the same order.
• Customers may add multiple vouchers to their account and keep them available for future use, provided each voucher is used before its respective expiry date.
• A customer may add a voucher code to their account without using it immediately. The voucher will remain available for future use until its expiry date.
• If a voucher is redeemed for an order that is subsequently cancelled or refunded, the voucher will be handled in accordance with Keemart's Refund Policy.
• Keemart reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will apply to future voucher redemptions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
