1. This e-Gift Card is only redeemable at Febal Casa stores across Saudi Arabia.
2. The card is valid until the date mentioned on it.
3. The card cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
4. In case of loss or theft, Febal Casa and DaleelStore cannot block or cancel the card, and are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions.
5. DaleelStore reserves the right to cancel or replace the card with an equivalent value if necessary, unless fraud is suspected. The card remains the property of DaleelStore.
6. If the brand or retailer is no longer operating or is no longer partnered with DaleelStore or its affiliates, DaleelStore reserves the right to replace the card with a DaleelStore gift card or another equivalent card. No cash or point refunds are allowed.
