• Tell the cashier about your Gift card in order to redeem it.
• Show the code to the cashier.

1. Only redeemable at ELBA stores in KSA.
2. The card is valid until the date mentioned on it.
3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
4. If misplaced, ELBA and DaleelStore cannot block or cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost or stolen cards.
5. Code is not applicable on discounted products.
6. If the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is no longer operating or not in partnership with DaleelStore or its affiliates, DaleelStore reserves the right to exchange the card for a DaleelStore gift card or another of equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.
