1. Log in to your account and make sure that your account benefits are activated through the Almosafer app or website.
2. Through the app: Click on “Add Points to Your Wallet” under “My Wallet” in the “My Profile” section.
3. Through the website: Click on “Add & Earn Points” under “My Wallet” in the “My Account” section.
4. Select the option to use your Almosafer Points by entering the voucher code.

• Make sure to use the Saudi Almosafer app or website when entering the code.
• You must be logged in to your account and make sure that your account benefits are activated when entering the code.
• Almosafer Points will be added to your account within 60 minutes of entering the code.
• Every 1 Almosafer Point is equivalent to 1 Saudi Riyal.
• You can use Almosafer Points through Almosafer multi-channel network in Saudi Arabia, including the website, app, call center, WhatsApp, and our branches across the Kingdom.
• The code can only be used once.
• The code is valid for 6 months only.
• Earned wallet points are valid for 6 months from the date the code is entered and the points appear in the wallet.
• Wallet balance cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts. Please note that purchases made using the gift card balance are subject to this policy.
• Travel and accommodation period: Open-ended with no blackout periods.
• Make sure you have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use Almosafer Points.
