# How to redeem Home Centre gift card?

**Method 1:**

To redeem this gift card at a physical store, please present the gift card to the cashier using the link available in your order list. Do not use a screenshot of the gift card during checkout.

**Method 2:**

1. Sign in to your [Home Centre account](http://www.shukran.com/giftcard) or create a new account.
2. Complete your shopping.
3. From the top menu, select **Cart**, then click **Checkout Now**.
4. Scroll down until you reach the **Use Gift Card** option.
5. Enter the 25-digit gift card code and the 4-digit PIN.
6. Click Apply to redeem the gift card.
7. 🎉 **Congratulations!** The gift card value will be deducted from your order total.


**Terms & Conditions:**

* The Shukran eGift Card will automatically expire on the date mentioned on the voucher.
* Shukran eGift Cards can be redeemed across participating Landmark brands, both online and in-store.
* Visit the Shukran website for the latest list of participating brands and store locations.
* Shukran eGift Cards can be used on both full-priced and discounted items at participating stores and websites.
* Shukran eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
* Partial redemption is allowed, meaning the card can be used across multiple shopping transactions at participating Landmark Arabia stores.
* If the card is issued in Saudi Arabia, it can only be used at stores within Saudi Arabia.
* If the card is issued in the United Arab Emirates, it can only be used at stores within the UAE.
* If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the customer must pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
* Lost eGift Cards cannot be replaced or compensated.
* Damaged, altered, or torn eGift Cards will not be accepted.
* Issued eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
* Products purchased using an eGift Card may be refunded in accordance with the store's return and exchange policy.
* The eGift Card is subject to the applicable eGift Card Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
