Creating Technical Support Ticket:

- Click on your profile name, then choose Tickets
- Click on + Add Ticket tab
- Write an appropriate topic for your ticket
- Select the accurate ticket type
- If you can attach an image of the issue, we can help you faster
- Write and clarify the details of your problem or inquiry, so we can work faster to solve it
- Fill and write all the required fields, and if possible, add an attachment to make the helping process faster, then click on Submit
- Your technical support ticket has been added. You can stay updated by click on your ticket and interact with our team
