  1. Click on your profile name, then choose Tickets


  1. Click on + Add Ticket tab


  1. Write an appropriate topic for your ticket


  1. Select the accurate ticket type

  1. Write and clarify the details of your problem or inquiry, so we can work faster to solve it


  1. Fill and write all the required fields, and if possible, add an attachment to make the helping process faster, then click on Submit


  1. Your technical support ticket has been added. You can stay updated by click on your ticket and interact with our team
